Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including searches performed, credits used, campaigns launched, and features accessed.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or billing details. We receive confirmation of successful transactions and your Stripe customer ID.

Outreach Data

When you launch recruiting campaigns through the Service, we store the content of messages sent, delivery status, and responses received via SMS or email.

Communications

If you contact us for support, we retain those communications.

2. Producer Data

AgentScout Pro displays information about licensed insurance producers sourced from publicly available state insurance department records, including names, license numbers, license types, states of licensure, and employer information. Contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses is obtained through publicly available sources.

This data is used solely to facilitate legitimate business recruiting activities by licensed insurance professionals. We do not use this data for consumer credit reporting purposes and our Service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send administrative messages, including confirmations and security alerts

Outreach records and campaign data are retained for 12 months following account closure for compliance purposes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and data

8. SMS and Email Outreach Compliance

AgentScout Pro provides tools for recruiting outreach to licensed insurance producers. Users of our platform are responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. We provide opt-out mechanisms and Do Not Contact list functionality to support compliance.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Note: AgentScout Pro is a B2B platform. The personal information in our database consists of publicly licensed insurance producer records from state Departments of Insurance and NIPR. We do not sell consumer personal information.
